The Owner
Victor Construction & Engineering was founded in 1989 by Mel Victor, a licensed California contractor specializing in earthquake retrofitting, dry rot repair, foundation repair, and structural remodeling throughout Marin County and San Francisco.
Mel’s passion for building and mechanical systems began in childhood and developed into a lifelong career focused on restoring and strengthening older homes. Early on, he discovered a natural ability to diagnose structural problems and repair complex systems, skills that now define his approach to construction. Today, he is known for bringing new life to aging buildings and upgrading structures to meet modern safety standards.
